Haven't kept up with my fitness goals. Today, I did the Walk Test, 1 mile in 17:38. 17:30 is needed to be in the "poor" category for someone 40-49. However, considering the amount of workouts I completed the past 2 months, I am still proud of the 5 min. difference since the first test back in January....at least I'm not back to my starting point. I did not lose the 6 lbs for the 5% Challenge, in fact i think i'm back to the starting weight. But, my jeans are still fitting, so i'm ok with the number on the scale. <BR> <BR> I've been using the recumbant bike at the Y. I've improved my time, speed and distance. I plan to do the walk test again this week. I haven't walked the track since the last walk test. <BR> <BR> I am keeping the same exercise goals for February. Did a 26 min. wii workout yesterday and walked 25 min. on the YMCA track today. My current goal is do a minimum of 2 workouts per week. A couple of my children resumed swimming lessons today at the YMCA on Tuesday's for the next 7 weeks. This is the perfect time to do 1 workout, I may go back on Thursday's after dropping another child off for karate a few blocks away from the Y.
