WI this morning and I lost another 2.6 lbs. <BR> <BR> This past week I have been focusing on measuring and tracking anything that I eat or drink. I also started changing up my workouts. After I made it to my first goal I started running for 60 mins 3 x's a week. Now that I'm back in loss mode I am running 35 to 60 mins and then 28 to 33 mins on the elliptical followed by weight training.
