I mean, most people who are able to watch daytime TV aren't working (I know some might be shift workers, but most are not). If you buy $150 in gift cards, they'll add 8,000 Optimum points to your account. This took me up to the reward level where you can get $60 in free stuff... and I'm saving my points for a day when they give you double (so I will get $120 in free stuff!). Plus, I get Air Miles on the purchase! And even better, I immediately came home and registe... I thought she was just going to test it out to see if the sound system was irreparably broken, but we ended up using my music for the full ninety minutes!

First, listening to music I LIKE is totally motivating!

Second, my workout music is freaking hilarious and I love subjecting other people to it! Here's a little taste of what I made my class listen to!

... November is a new circuit training routine, with weights and cardio. And it was weird... I finished every single interval. Strong. With good form. And the "heavy" weights. And I could have done twice the cardio between sets. I could have done another thirty minutes.

I'm starting to realize that my weight loss goals (125 by December 1st, 119 by someday not too long after that)... Mon, 31 Oct 2011 18:54:44 EST October Fitness Total http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4559931 This month, I exercised 1615 minutes! I think that's an all-time record! (Yup- double-checked and the old record was 1606 minutes!) It's definitely showing- I had to buy some new clothes yesterday including size four jeans, a size small skirt and three size small tops. I even fit into a pair of 26" jeans (although they were hideous and itchy so I obviously didn't buy them).

THIS WORKS.

244 Sun, 30 Oct 2011 13:48:45 EST If I Stand Juuuuust the Right Way... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4555077 ... and look in the mirror, I can see something that has eluded me for the previous twenty-seven years.

This creature has been in hiding my entire life.

It is feared by the entire animal (and human...) kingdom.

This creature is...

... an abdominal muscle!

I never thought I'd actually have a visible abdominal muscle!
