At first I didn't want to use it because it's in my in-law's garage where it wreaks of cigarette smoke. Today, it wasn't so bad probably because my father-in-law hasn't smoked yet when I got there. This was definitely a bit more challenging than last week's. My body can really feel the adjustment. So the contest is over... What am I gonna do now? I'm gonna keep going is what I'm going to do. However, I'm making some minor adjustments. I'm not gonna deprive myself of foods I love to eat. Instead I'm going to eat very small portions of it. For example, I'm Filipino so I love, love, love white rice (maybe that's what got me in the first place). Tue, 8 Feb 2011 01:23:57 EST 2nd Place Some co-workers and I had a biggest loser competition at work which lasted 16 weeks. Even though we went through the holidays, everyone did well. Our scores were based on the percentage of weight loss. Unfortunately I'm only 2nd place out of 6 contestants but I'm very proud of myself and I think that's the most important although $400+ would've been nice. Today was our last weigh-in thank God. As I was visiting the website today, a couple of people were noticing it and asked what it was. Both of them are part of the biggest loser competition we currently have at work. I told them what it was about and that it keeps you accountable plus it helps you understand why you're gaining/losing weight. They said it was too much work. It's not for everyone but I like it.
