I'm not going to make any excuses for it but it just wasn't a good day exercise wise. I did make a few runs at work so I got some walking in. Breakfast and lunch were same old same old. I did however try something new for dinner. Kids were eating fishsticks and rice and I was waiting for DH to come home, so I thought I'd try something not real different but a little different. I've lasted a week! **happy dance** <BR> Was able to go out late this morning and do some walking while working! : <BR> Had to go get this filed with courthouse and pick up documents so I decided to work out while doing it!!! <BR> We will see how this next week goes!! BUT, I took my tennis shoes to work and I went for a walk at lunchtime. Went on a 30 minute brisk walk. It was nice. Ended up being roughly 1.4 miles. So that was pretty good. My legs are still sore from Friday so I didn't run any. Just a brisk walk. <BR> Still doing the water thing.
