Training this week has been 10am- 2 pm so its right in the middle of normal lunch time, and I'm tired in the mornings from the previous day of learning a whole new job, Monday/Tuesday were busy with the boyfriend and Lifegroup. Yesterday when I got home I job searched- still looking for the right permanate job- and did other computer things that I could and probably should have not wasted time on :S ... My feet did hurt on the elliptical, the left one this time.. tried moving and shifting weight but it may just take getting used to again and stretching the muscles out in the evenings. I have not slept well the last two nights and its late again-- BUT after I finished my shift I went to the grocery store and stocked healthy foods for the next week. Chicken breast for chicken and beans on salad with cucumber, celery, carrots and tomatoes. Bought eggs and peppers for a scramble in the mornings with a bread for a piece of toast. I sliced all of the veggies ( with the help of the mandalin) so they are all ready. I made up a few baggies of sliced veggies for snacks. <B...
