I'd put it aside as time got tight and then I quit doing it in favor of more cardio to try to stop the weight gain I've had since stopping the Cymbalta in July (it had been suppressing my appetite). Although the food I consumed wasn't the best (the school provided pizza- I did pass on the fruit cobbler and drank unsweetened tea), I have a health victory to celebrate.............We did quite a bit of fast pace walking across campus, up and down several stairs ------and I did great!!! No huffy or puffy. I was able to keep up with those with young legs. I hardly felt the stairs!!!! AND it was cold and rainy--the worst kind of weather for those...
