My issue today is going on 4 hours of sleep. My 3.5 year old woke me up at 4am this morning and it's been a crazy circus ever since. Did I also mention that he won't take his nap? Yeah. It's been one of those fun days. Also, potty training an ASD little boy is enough to drive any mom into madness. He is pretty cute though. Wed, 22 Apr 2015 17:44:17 EST Dairy free I have decided that I really need to put my health first. This is my third day of being completely dairy free. I feel great! It's been a long time that I have been able to go more than a day without getting extremely sick. I have to make this my new lifestyle, because no one deserves to live in constant discomfort and pain. Tue, 21 Apr 2015 16:46:14 EST Ugh I fallen into a pit called football season. I have gained back everything I have lost, and feel so sick. I can't keep putting this crap into my body. I think my body may have gone on strike. It's had enough and it's not going to take it anymore! Mon, 12 Jan 2015 00:05:34 EST Waiting, waiting, waiting . . . I'm still sick, but am now in that place where I'm feeling a little better. Just not enough where I can exercise without health consequences. I am getting impatient with the waiting. Mon, 15 Dec 2014 13:29:11 EST Last day of finals! Today is the last day of finals for fall term. I have been so sick, I have felt like the walking death this past week. However, I still made time to study and am powering through. I can't wait until I am feeling better, I miss my yoga and cardio time. On the plus side I have been eating really healthy, because of my sore throat. At least it's moving me in the right direction. Thu, 11 Dec 2014 13:32:11 EST Sickity sick sick Seriously what is more fun than having this cruddy flu? Having this cruddy flu and having to be downtown at 8 am for final exams. I think I survived, for now. Now back to my chicken soup and rest. Tue, 9 Dec 2014 16:15:03 EST sleep where art thou I am trying to stay on track and went a little overboard yesterday. not consuming enough to eat, and ended up with a migraine that lasted all night. Now i'm up with my 22 month old running on NO sleep. I need to make sure im getting enough to eat from here on out. Mon, 5 Aug 2013 11:09:11 EST A new reward Today I will get things done. My workload has fallen a little behind, but today everything will be caught up. I was thinking, what is a great reward for these actions today? A trip to the gym!! I am so excited. Wed, 31 Jul 2013 11:28:35 EST here we go again. . . The last entry was back in 2009, and am about the same weight as I was then. I am very proud of where I am. At my heaviest when I was pregnant with my son I tipped the scale at 270 pounds!!! I weighed myself this morning and I was 208! I just need to keep up what I have been doing. I walked 13,500 step yesterday, I wonder if I can beat that today? : ) Mon, 29 Jul 2013 14:12:16 EST Birthday Blues So, thursday was my birthday and I was really excited for it. Until nothing happened on my birthday. Two people called me, my mom and my ex-boyfriend( how is it he finally remembered my birthday.) Half of my friends bailed for my birthday dinner, and I feel like I ate half my weight in food. The only upside to my dinner out was being with my best friend and her husband, and almost getting to meet Harrison Ford. I went to my workour with my trainer on Saturday morning and got a stern talking t... Mon, 20 Apr 2009 02:37:33 EST Hi Ho Hi Ho . . . . . . Off to work I go. Didn't get much of a workout in today since I had to work out in Saint Helens last night. Which means I had to sleep later today in order to get enough rest. Hers to happy part, today's my FRIDAY!!
I workout with Garet tomarrow and am super excited to start the kickboxing sessions. Hopefully I have done enough work during the week, that way I wont be overly sore by the time the workout is finished. Thu, 9 Apr 2009 20:24:14 EST The Mission I have been on this mission to tone up and loose weight since the beginning of the year. I however didn't take it seriously until February. Then I started to kick some ass, with everything I took on.
I realized that if I wanted to really change my life I would have to overhaul my life. I cut out all processed foods, including fast food of any sort. No more soda, regular or diet. Cutting out soda alone cut me down about 15 pounds right away. I was in a very unhappy state, and not to ment... Mon, 6 Apr 2009 19:53:40 EST
