I am very proud of where I am. At my heaviest when I was pregnant with my son I tipped the scale at 270 pounds!!! I weighed myself this morning and I was 208! I just need to keep up what I have been doing. Didn't get much of a workout in today since I had to work out in Saint Helens last night. Which means I had to sleep later today in order to get enough rest. I however didn't take it seriously until February. Then I started to kick some ass, with everything I took on. <BR> I realized that if I wanted to really change my life I would have to overhaul my life. I cut out all processed foods, including fast food of any sort. No more soda, regular or diet. Cutting out soda alone cut me down about 15 pounds right away.
