My 3.5 year old woke me up at 4am this morning and it's been a crazy circus ever since. Did I also mention that he won't take his nap? Yeah. It's been one of those fun days. It's been a long time that I have been able to go more than a day without getting extremely sick. Then I started to kick some ass, with everything I took on. <BR> I realized that if I wanted to really change my life I would have to overhaul my life. I cut out all processed foods, including fast food of any sort. No more soda, regular or diet. Cutting out soda alone cut me down about 15 pounds right away.
