Finished out my second week of W30 and am down another pound. It doesn't sound like a lot but after my big loss the first week I was expecting a tiny loss (if there was a loss at all). I'm attempting to get back into blogging. Hope everyone has been doing well!!

I'm currently out of work :( My company moved to Georgia. So I'm on the hunt for a new job. It's slim pickings but I'm sure the right job will come along.

I've been working with my trainer again and hitting up the gym while I have the time. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I did something to my knee, it swelled up and was fairly painful. It is finally getting back to normal.... Mon, 23 May 2016 15:00:23 EST Superhero Challenge in full swing I'm still chugging along with the challenge...entering the third and final week in a few days. I have learned a lot. Emily provides a lot of good information in her materials and daily videos. She explains things in such a way that it's super easy to understand. I have read books and sometimes I read the same sentence over and over and just end up confused or I don't fully understand. And of course I don't remember what I just read. But her explanations are great! I'm actually going to be kin... Fri, 22 Jan 2016 15:55:25 EST The Superhero Challenge has begun! We are on Day 3 and we're moving right along! I did some meal prep on Sunday so I was ready to tackle the week. Day 1 was great. Day 2 was a tough one...the carb/sugar detox killed any bit of energy I had. I was tired and hungry all day but I pushed through. A little afternoon nap helped too. Day 3 is going sooooooo much better! My energy is back :)

Sunday meal prep:
Breakfast:
<BR... Wed, 13 Jan 2016 15:56:24 EST Happy 2016!! Hello there! It was mostly a successful and tasty week. Part of the reset is to limit coffee to 8oz a day, black...but since coconut milk is OK I used that...delicious but tough because I really enjoy my morning coffee (I drink more than 8oz/day). Another part of the reset is no dairy. Now I don't normally eat much dairy so I figured it would be ok.

As the first week of my PPC Re...
