I so have to write a short blog today to note that my body has finally stabilized from all of it's immune crazyness of the last few months and I am finally seeing the scale move. I am so thankful that I lost 1/2 a pound 2 weeks ago, stayed stable at weigh in 1 week ago and lost another 1/2 a pound this week. I am hopeful that this is a sign that I am finally on a low enough dose of steroids that my body will not think it is starving and hold on to weight no matter how hard I work! So thankful... Maybe it is only me but does it just seem like it was Christmas yesterday and now it is almost the middle of January!! I have spent the last 2 weeks being oh so about you??
