We talked about GRACE. We walked A LOT. We went on a night hike in a wooded area. I have a paper route, and sometimes in the mornings I've been exercising with friends <em>312</em> . I've lost 31 lbs. so far (277 lbs. vs. 308 lbs.); I have a lot more to lose; my goal weight is 150 lbs., so 127 more lbs. to go. I still need to work on the healthy eating aspect of weight loss, so far I've been eating whatever I want and exercising; I know that if I would eat better I would get better results faster.
