It seems my muscles aren’t in so much shock. I also did a great workout yesterday, I did resistance/weight training for my upper body and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Afterward I felt so good. I used to be really flexible. Well, i got a wake up with my first Vinyasa Yoga. It was an hour and a half in a very HOT room. I worked muscles I didn't realize I could work and I also sweat in places I didn't think I could. I loved it! I felt fresh and relaxed and sore all at the same time. After 6pm, BAD. I had one of my favorite fast foods, Taco Bell. It was a 1,800 calorie meal. Since the day was good it was a 2,600 calorie day, but I eat more in one meal then I should all day.
