I have since spring learnt that I have some food allergies when I developed rashes, small blisters and hives. I gradually stop eating wheat products, dairy and processed foods. Not knowing to much about them I had to jump on the computer to do some research. It seems I have two different varieties. One deep red one and two yellow ones. The Yellow ones are producing lots of fruit the Red one looks like it has an infestation of aphids which I sprayed with dish soap and water. Their is less fruit on the Red one it looks like some of the small fruit has died on the tree that is on the lower branches. Hopefully it is... Before our move I had it under control so now I am going to have to make sure that I have portioned snacks that are healthy for me in the fridge if I can find some room in it. I am waiting on a new fridge which will allow me to put fruits and vegetables in it. Not an excuse though. I hope I can do better tomorrow. I just tell myself one... I have missed tracking my food and entering my exercise on a daily bases. It is what gives me an idea of what I am putting into my mouth. I didn't track for a month and my food eating was all over the place from the time of our move. It took me three days to find the pots and pans so I could cook a home cooked meal.
