I am proud to say that I have officially swapped Mc Donald's breakfast for a breakfast smoothie made at home. Last week was a hard week. I decided to join the 10 Minute Daily Exercise Challenge, and lemme tell ya, going from not exercising at all to exercising everyday WAS a challenge (again), but I stuck it out . At work, things were demanding, not to mention that the boss always brings us goodies to eat. He's an excellent cook. I had two pig-out days and five good-girl days, and all my hard work has paid off this week. I went from 144.8 pounds to 141.2 on todays weigh-in!!!! This is just the jump s... I have gained back a total of 13 pounds and I am unhappy with myself. The good thing is, at least I didn't gain it all back! Last week was a total train wreck for me .I ate trash food all week long and didn't do as much exercise as I should have. Final verdict: I gained two pounds .
