Still can't believe that my walking companion is gone. Everywhere I look she is missing but I still feel her close. Also I want to be a good role model to my daughter - she is only 5 and because of an underlying neurological issue has low muscle tone - which means that she looks a little floppy and has a pronounced tummy. I have noticed her helping herself to food a lot more lately - so a week or so back we had a talk - and agreed that we would both like to try to be healt... Really helpful in slowing down the eating and actually enjoying it. The shift from quantity of food to quality is amazing.
