Made a pact with my hubby, he is soooo supportive!! Started small, but determined, decided 5 minutes a day for the first week, felt so good to stick to it, aced it with highest time of 8 min and 40 seconds. Second week increased to 6 minutes, woo hoo, stuck to it, highest time 15 min! Lowest time 6 min 30 seconds. The 6 minutes even allows me to walk when my knees are sore.
