What I did also is to bring bigger lunches to make sure I didn't get home so hungry I could eat a horse. I normally bring myself a lunch and 2 snacks totaling about 800 calories. This week I brought that up to at least 1000 calories. It apparently was effective in making me less hungry at night. So I was able to stay i... Mon, 7 Apr 2014 10:32:37 EST There is a lot to be said for using public transport As some of you know, this week I am NOT walking. No more taking a walk instead of taking the bus. No more little walks at break time. That, until my feet heal.

I am wearing my bodymedia anyway to see how my body is doing.
