Wed, 19 May 2010 18:58:08 EST TEN THOUSAND STEPS!! well friends, I started walking just about a month ago. As you may notice from prior postings I began with about 125 feet per day. Yesterday I walked just over 10,000 steps! This is something I never thought could have been possible. But heck, there it is Just looking up at me from my pedometer! I am visiting my son in Ohio and we went shopping at some outlet malls. I honestly didn't think I would be able to walk for more than a half hour or so. Usually I am so sore and tired that I...
