Been able to stabilize it and it is healing, no jogging for the moment. Yay. Stuck between use it or lose it. New goals for the last week of our fall challenge:

1) knee recovery - rest
2) ab and arm strengthening
3) juice meal replacement (at least one a day) for three days
4) go "glamping" this week on our boat

Go Dawgs! Playing full out and having fun!

The whole game is changing up our lives for the better. I have been limiting my whole wheat for the week. I'm still having cream of wheat, oatmeal or bran once a day. Enjoy... It is a great calorie saver and just as delicious. I cook both with a little extra water, to add a bit more volume. Typically, I add one tsp of sugar and enjoy. I've been enjoying both this way for over a year. I'm a "vanilla" kind of gal, so I like it just like that. You could bump up with berries or peanut butter for a treat.

And ~ per serving,

Oatmeal - four grams of fiber, five grams protein
Cream of ... Mon, 4 Nov 2013 11:24:40 EST my new favorite http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5504694 My new favorite food, Green Tea. I originally posted that it was a 15 calorie snack, but the one w/o mango is zero calories! I ran out yesterday and wasn't planning on going to the store until Tuesday. DH and I are playing survivor and I always want to outplay and outlast. Don't know if I can make it without the tea! I have found it to be so helpful in curbing my appetite, but check out all these other benefits:

<img src="http://photos-ak.sparkpeople.com/nw/1/9/l1987242119.jp... One head was $1.98. I bought one and then questioned my logic for moving away from the"not as fresh" bagged salad.

Our fall 5% challenge starts in a week or so, and i have already decided i need to work on my portion control. So when i got home, I cut up my lettuce, measured three cups on a plate for my lunch, the balance of the head filled my lettuce tupperware container. I didn't measure the balance, easi...
