The scale is my friend again after my weigh in today. I wore my shorts and tee so I could walk on the indoor track while the little guy was busy with his class. Had a great 30 minute walk. Oh well, we went out for a nice seafood dinner. I had a big walk yesterday along the seawall for over an hour. Perfect weather people were out sunbathing! Then today I walked up to the Bay and tooled around uptown for awhile, that was well over an hour walk and over 8800 steps after trotting in and out of stores. Yeaaaaaay! Got my cardio in.
