My DH and I pulled weeds , dug hard ground and planted a zillion flowers today. We planted Begonias, Salvia, marigolds, petunias and several others. It got better but after a week I still was having pain at times and still couldn't do more than 10 to 15 of exercise without having to rest the knee.
