Great park, wish I could tell how long the course is but it's set up for smart phones, without one, no information. I do know at the other park, I walked 3.5 miles or so in 45 minutes, so should do maybe 5 or so in the 90 minutes. there are also stationary bikes, rowing machines, and the bars for other stuff. Also noticed some pudge was gone in an area. What I like best, my butterfly tattoo on my abdomen is much more noticeable with that gone. Those ab crunches and just getting more fit is really working. I know the first week of really trying you always get the best results since you are making major changes. But I am close to my first goal of 170 pounds, just 1.4 to go. If I can walk each day, maybe do two miles and keep up the weights, I should be able to do it.
