I just finished my first round of the Whole30 for the year. I actually started December 27th. This was a major lifestyle change for my husband especially. He was a junk food addict. Well, I got serious about losing this weight and getting healthier on September 27, 2010. I have been staying in my nutritional guidelines for all of the time since (except during a weekend trip) and along with a lot of cardio and a little strength training I have lost 19 pounds. I have been working really hard the past week to stay on track with my calorie intake and making sure I walk at least 45mins. per day. But in the back of my mind I carried that self doubt, " you just didn't do enough this week to make a difference." <BR> I am happy to report however, that I did do things right.
