I had lost 5 pounds in the first week! The second week I lost 2 pounds. I am feeling rather pleased with myself to be finally losing the weight I thought I would be stuck with forever. I know I still have a long way to go, but I have made a good start. More importantly, I am learning new, healthier eating habits and I am missing my old ways less and less. I've been making excuses for too long and I am determined to stick to a healthy eating plan! I've lost weight before, so I know I can do it - but have never managed to keep it off.
