I am about 40 pounds overweight. I lost about 20 pounds and put most of it back on. I'm frustrated and just can't seem to get started. Working out after work doesn't work for me, at least at home. I actually picked them up on the way to the Women's Study I attend. I immediately looked at everything that came with it, which doesn't seem like much! It comes with the CD's and a poster which has the moves and the weekly schedule. After dinner I was able to watch the 101 dvd. Wow! It was like having a personal trainer in your living room with you.
