What a difference a week makes when it comes to gaining strength, conditioning your body, and just feeling better about yourself. <BR> <BR> I must admit although working out gave me an adrenaline rush last week, I was a bit deflated by being so sore, and not being able to give 110% in the workouts b\c of my lack of conditioning. My calves and shins hurt so bad I could barely walk. And just the thought of stairs made me cringe. So I started off with 4 days straight (suppose to be 6), Saturday and Sunday I took a break and today I walked my 3 mile lunch break which was less painful. So tomorrow me and my boyfriend are starting the 6 day cycle again. That workout was H-A-R-D. One minute intervals of different cardio moves for half an hour. By the fourth circut my calves were cramping so badly I couldn't perform the moves so I just jogged around my basement until the cool down.
