I'm really wanting to do this a bit more often. Since the last time that I posted on here, I have ran a half marathon. I finished in 2:37:40. I felt really good about that time. I have now lost 21.2 pounds in the last 8 weeks. Whenever I started, I didn't expect to get anywhere near that. I'm glad that I did. I have felt like I have much more energy and more self esteem. I have increased my run days per week from what I was doing on Couch to 5k, but I'm feeling much better with it. The first week I was doing it my knees were doing nothing but hurting like crazy.
