I had a good day with everyone! First a visit from my son Mark and granddaughter Talyin. They came from Idaho. Sure miss them being here.
Then a good dinner with Dan's daughter, Kat and her family. Plus Dan bought himself a father's day present a new riding lawn mower since mine quit!!! Haven't started it yet that's for tomorrow.

I had a good day today even though time went slow at work. My son Mark and family are suppose to be here tomorrow to visit from Idaho but I haven't heard from them yet.
Need to get things done for the craft and rabbit show next Saturday but I don't know if my cousin is still going or what is going on with it. She is the one who had 85 percent of her stomach removed. See earlier blog.

I had a decent day at work today, hope it goes well tomorrow but it's just me, the bosses and my nephew. Hope everyone is in a good mood.
Mark, Samantha and Taylin, my granddaughter, are coming to visit this weekend. I have to work the two of the days they are going to be here but will spend Sunday with them. Plus Taylin's birthday is on the 25th so we will celebrate it then.

My cousin had 85% of her stomach removed in order to help her lose 200 pounds. She weighs over 500 pounds. She has overweight and obese almost all of her life and she's 52 years old. She was diagnosed with cirrohis of the liver, non alcoholic. She has so many health problems but she has always blamed anything and everything but herself for being so overweight. Now she's sick, has to lose the weight in order to have treatment for her illness. I remember when I was 15 and she was 12 she weighed...

I got two more rabbit note pads done for the craft show on June 22. Hope to post pictures.
A coworker's daughter graduated this past week from both high school and college. Wow! Now she is trying to get into a nursing program. First some idiot cut me off in traffic along with others in a company truck. I reported him and was told this wasn't the first time a complaint against him was reported. Then a truck on the freeway through a rock and it put a chip in my windshield. I took it in and they fixed it before I had to be to work!!! Thanks McKinney's Auto Glass. The rest of the day was okay. Work tomorrow, off Sunday.

I had a decent day at work today. Warm weather now which is very nice and Dan BBQ'd tonight for dinner. The first time the new BBQ was used even though we have had it for a while. It was good! Thanks Dan.
Still can't find my bunnies but trying my hand at a new craft with pony beads. Hope they turn out. Will try to post pictures.

I had a nice day off today even though things didn't go the way they should have. Gate is giving us fits to make and some things we put away before the appraiser got here we can't find. We figure we will find them sooner or later but probably after we replace some of them. The one things I wish I could find is the miniature rabbits I had. I had taken them over to his place before he moved here and now I can't find them. I know I packed them and they should be in a small plastic bin. Oh well a...

The appraisel went well Friday. The guy took pictures and things but won't know anything for sure for maybe up to 45 days although they had all ready told me the loan was set. It sure will be nice to have a lower interest rate and be able to pay off my mortgage a lot sooner.
Haven't been on here as for Dan and I have been so busy between the house, yard, and my getting things done for a rabbit/craft show on June 22 in Ellensburg WA. I haven't done that one at all so it should be interest...

Is this rain ever going to stop???

This rain is driving me crazy. It's making it harder to get ready for the appraiser. Lots to do yet but I have all my energy in the morning then I have to go to work and in the evening not up to doing anything. Hope to get it done as well as Dan and I can.

I had a good birthday yesterday. Turned 55! Worked on getting the house ready for the appraiser. Almost done. My craft rooms were so all out of sorts. Shopping in the morning to do, more work on the house. Work the rest of the week.

I still have so much to do. Someone is coming to do an appraisal on my house to refinance it and we're still unpacking Dan's stuff and getting my crafting rooms organized. Need to get most of it done tomorrow and Monday. He'll be here Friday morning but I all ready warned him about some of it. This is to shorten my mortgage, make the payments less, and lower the interest rate. It is sure going to save me a lot of money!!!! He says it's just a routine thing.

The only left to do on the shed now is put in the floor and anchor it down. Need to figure that out. Not sure how that is done. We got auger anchors but it didn't say how to do it!!! We'll figure it out!

We have had the craziest weather lately. Sunday lots of wind. Monday, Tuesday-wind and rain. Now today rain in town and at my place but in the distance but not too far from my house there's snow on the hills!!! I can't believe it! Just a week or so ago it was in the 90's!!! Now cold rain and snow! Plus it's cold!!!! What happened to spring????

We've had a lot of wind the last few days now rain but the sheds almost done. Dan and I (if I can) will work on it some tomorrow and Jeanne, Jay, and Damian will be back on Thursday to help finish it.

The storage shed is almost up. The wind stopped us on Sunday, tonight darkness and having to work today for all of us, more tomorrow. Jay thinks they will be done tomorrow if everything goes right. Hope so. No wind or rain please!!! I'm not much help but I try!

Dan and my daughter, Jeanne, and my son in law started to put up the new shed today. I was just in the way and my grandson helped some but he and I put the new BBQ together that Dan bought instead with some help from Jeanne and Jay. My hands just can't work a screwdriver much anymore. The wind was terrible this afternoon though so they will have to finish it tomorrow after work. It wasn't blowing when they started.

Even though I have the weekend off this week it still seems like there is not enough hours in the day. But as usual I don't sweat the small stuff. I haven't been on SP the last few days though. Dan found a rattlesnake under a board on the property today. He had to kill it not only for his safety but for the cats and dogs. Usually the dogs are in the fenced in area but Missy likes to follow Dan around and "help" him with the yard work. I hate killing anything but that had to be done. He killed it with a shovel. I had the Ruger at work with me. Tomorrow I'll leave it here with ammo ready just in case. This is the first time I have had a rattler as far as I know and I have lived here ...

I got one of the most unusual Mother's Day gift from Jeanne, Jay, and Damian. They bought me a Ruger 10-22 rifle. Considering I sell guns and ammo as part of my job at the pawn shop this was very unexpected. I can't believe it!!! I got a phone call from my mortgage company saying they could lower my interest rate after having to pay this one for 12 years! Right now I pay 6/25% and they said they could lower it to 3.26%!!! WooHoo! And they will cover the closing costs and no appraisal needed! I love it! And I know it's not a scam! Dan and I both had today off and got a lot done at home. We got the peg board up and installed in my craft room, now to just get the stuff back on it. Got the old tv out and moved some other things around so we could get his tv up. Shopping, good dinner=it was a good day.

I didn't have too bad of a day today, nothing I really couldn't handle but as always wish it could have been better.
The chiropractor told me today if I'm not any better Wednesday he's going to take xrays which is fine with me. Maybe it will tell him something he will need to know to make the pain go away in my shoulder, arm, and neck. It's better than it was but I still have bouts of it hurting really bad. Can't lift anything yet either. Keep you posted.

I had a decent day at work today but that's due mostly to one certain person having the day off. It was just me, the newbie, and my sister. Plus the newbie's brother came in to help out since the other boss is off due to having surgery last Monday. Only 3 of us is hard to do so he came in to help! Thanks Robert! I had another treatment for my back today. Did some different things. It did some good but have a ways to go. Another tomorrow. I'm not suppose to lift anything heavy for a few days but in my job that's almost impossible. Didn't today, need to let the boss know although I know she isn't going to like it. I am undergoing treatment now for the herniated disc in my back. It's going to take several treatments. Had one today, go back tomorrow and Friday. Alternating heat and ice when home. I have no idea how long this is going to take. They also recommended massage theropy which they also do at my chiropractor's. We'll see how it goes. Some improvement this morning, but back in pain tonight. I know it's not instant! Neck is hurting tonight also! Hope it gets better soon!

I found out today that I may have a herniated disc in my back. My arm has been bothering me lately and last night the pain was almost unbearable. So after my appointment with my hearing doctor I went to my chiropractor and got an adjustment. Everything worked out okay today at work. I went in early before anyone else of the staff would get there and told the boss what happened. She told me it was an easy fix, just looked up some things on the computer, had me call the customer to come in tomorrow with the item and exchange it for the one I was suppose to give to her. She also figured out how I did it. I sold the one in the case to the customer but went back to the backstock room and got another one and gave that one to the custo...

Dan and I got more done on the house and he also got some things done outside. It sure is nice having someone around to help me. He has done so much in the last few days even though he goes back on days tomorrow! He shampooed the carpets, did some yard work and worked with me to arrange things in the house. I love it!
