Mon, 9 Jan 2012 12:34:21 EST ouch! pulled muscle??? so, i've been doing my exercise bike to "ease" back into exercising(plus i like to do it) <BR> <BR> so, yesterday i did my 60 minutes and stopped...i noticed the area where your leg attaches to the rest of your body is very sore.(no i didn't notice anything while biking) sometimes i get a sharp pain radiating down the inside of my leg... <BR> <BR> is this a pulled groin muscle? i think..either way i''l be taking it easy for a few days... <BR> <BR> i think some heavy duty housework(s...
