I'm waking up to warm, shining sun instead of grey clouds. I hear birds. I hear children playing outside across the street and the busy wheels of bike riders passing by. Fri, 16 Mar 2012 04:05:56 EST Biking for the first time It's been 10 years or more! I went out biking with my fiancee' today for our cardio session. We went 42 minutes, then an unfortunate accident happened where Brian's bike seat decided to tilt up suddenly somehow and hit him in the nuts. I got sick with a bad chest cold, which is HORRIBLE for someone with asthma. On Sunday, I got the chills so bad that I was buried under blankets for half of the day with teeth chattering for hours. I was feeling so weak that I felt like I was being crushed by my own blankets!!! I fell asleep from the exhaustion of shivering for too long. <BR> <BR> I woke up SWEATING so bad. A good thing. But I felt like I was sweating for hours after I woke up. I walked like... Mon, 27 Feb 2012 08:09:58 EST Sleep Schedule fixed, hopefully... So the last two weeks have been terrible for me sleep-wise. It's been kind of messing with my groove. The past two days I ate so horribly and I wouldn't be surprised if I carrying a lot of water weight due to being grossly over my sodium ranges. I missed my workout on Wednesday and weights on Thursday because I got a bad chest cold (bad for asthmatics!!!, but I'm mostly over it now). <BR> <BR> But today, I woke up at 7:00 am instead of 4pm/6pm today with at least 6 hours of sleep.
