No mindless eating at night for five days. I have been successful in this first step so far. My plan is to continue with this first step for another week. No mindless eating at night, only healthy food if really hungry. <BR> <BR> I am not ready to add another healthy challenge yet. I need to get this nighttime mindless eating in control first. We went to lunch and the girls had fries with their meals. I wasn't even tempted to have one. As usual there were a bunch of fries left over to be eaten by anyone at the table. <BR> <BR> Last week that would have been a temptation. I would have had just one. Then maybe two or three. Wed, 16 Aug 2017 21:16:14 EST Day 2 of 60 My 8 year old granddaughter who I have watched while parents worked since she was 6 months old announced, "I don't want to hurt your feelings but I like grandma better than you.
