I was hit by a car and had extensive damage to my knees and hips. I have used a cane for years. The cold weather usually leads to increased pain and stiffness. <BR> This year is different and I know why. I have limited mobility and use a cane. I was hit by a car as a teenager on my way to school and had extensive injuries to my knees and hips. I set a goal to become stronger and increase my health.
