I always had difficulties with performing well at Pilates and afterwards I would have pain in my back. Today with the help of a very good teacher I could finish the class even when I was having lots of pain in my back. Now the pain is almost gone. That shows how important is to have great teachers. I am exited about following a trampoline class with the same teacher tomorrow. Mon, 26 Jan 2015 18:10:48 EST Water aerobics is really fun! Today I went to my Water Aerobics class after the holidays. It was really good. Very intense. I was sweating on my forehead after few minutes. I really missed it. <BR> <BR> After that I went with my gym partner and three lady friends to the sauna. We had a wonderful time together. A good laugh and a well deserved rest. <BR> <BR> Then with my gym bud we drove to visit my old neighbors who moved to a care house. I had been in Rome to a gym but they did not have yoga lessons. I was missing it. This one was just great. <BR> <BR> Afterwards I went with a friend in his car to down town. It was raining a lot and I would not have been able to go by bike. He helped me moving some refrigerators and other furniture in the Buddhist Temple I am volunteer on Wednesdays. We managed to take two nice walks from the place where we parked to the old cit... I walked down to the Buddhist Temple for a short visit. I wanted to help them with cutting the grass in the garden. Nevertheless, today was a rainy day and I could not do it. This morning I went to the gym and spent one hour on the treadmill. More than 500 calories burned. My goal was to get under 90 by January next year. I might have to review this. It is the day I can have three classes one after the other. First one Power Yoga, then meditation and then another Power Yoga. The weight loss is less than planned due to some social and family events that have come on the way. Nevertheless, I feel much better and fitter now.
