Lots of special activities. I went there with a group of friends and I followed two classes, Yin Yoga and Meditation. It was amazing. Afterwards we all gathered in the sauna and had lots of fun together making jokes and having lunch. When I came back home I decided to do deep cleaning and I walked around the lake again. Just before midnight I decided to go again for a walk. I walked one more hour. Now getting ready for bed. Tomorrow is the big day here ... From the time I left home to when I was back in Amsterdam I managed to have seven different outdoor sessions, two cycling and five walking for a total of 1300 minutes. Ever since I started loosing weight and I came under the 100 kg my sugar levels got back to normal and I started lowering my metformine intake from 1500 mg to 1000 mg a day. My goal is to go down to 90 Kg and stop for good with the medicine. It is like PowerPlate. The advantage is that the machine has preset programmes to select from. You just need to follow them on the screen without having to ask any explanation to the trainer. I always had difficulties with performing well at Pilates and afterwards I would have pain in my back. Today with the help of a very good teacher I could finish the class even when I was having lots of pain in my back. Now the pain is almost gone. That shows how important is to have great teachers. I am exited about following a trampoline class with the same teacher tomorrow. We had a wonderful time together. A good laugh and a well deserved rest. <BR> <BR> Then with my gym bud we drove to visit my old neighbors who moved to a care house.
