Usually this is a rather traumatic event, but today I tried on my normal size and they were too big, so I tried on the next size down-- THEY WERE TOO BIG, TOO! She said when you strip away all of the emotions, feelings, etc, that so often bog us down and you simply look at the facts, of course you can lose weight! I deleted my first because it was too depressing to see all of those failed attempts at a "new me"; I needed a fresh start. Because this really isn't about a creating a "new me."
