My favorite Saturday morning meal:) AUGH! But then I decided to get on Sparkpeople and look for motivation and guess what! I found it! So I figure out a way to put my computer on my elliptical machine and I started pumping! I am now more than 30 minutes into my 60 minute workout and feeling fabulous. I forget how incredibly good it feels to workout first thing in the morning and how focused it ...
