It was very humid and I struggled, and I even decided I was going to quit at mile 10, but I didn't. I kept going and finally finished. My feet and hips hurt, but everything else was fine. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down another pound than I originally entered on my weight tracker. I was 189 and now down to 183.4 again. I have seen these numbers go down and then back up and then down and then up, so I'm not getting super excited, but I am happy that I'm progressing nicely. It was our nine year wedding anniversary and I spent it at work and at class. I also got off track and truly feel the worst about it. I'm doing so well and it's AMAZING how quickly you can slide off. <BR> <BR> I did really well until our lunch at work, which was a baby shower/Halloween potluck. I did well bc I planned on soup and a small piece of cake. After the cake, my taste buds were like, "Heeeeyyyyyyy, I like this!" and my brain agreed with an evil cackle. Bastards. <BR>...
