I performed in 3 concerts in December, which meant lots of rehearsals. My boyfriend had back surgery an hour away right in the middle of performance weeks. I ended up working full time for the entire month (which is great, but doesn't leave much time for other things.) I finished my 28 day boot camp strong, been getting back into running more steadily and have been working at moderating my nutrition. This weekend was pretty terrible as far as taking care of myself, but I got a lot done for my family and friends. <BR> <BR> This last week I took it easy but I plan to kick it up again this week. Unfortunately when I got up it was raining. I don't normally mind running in the rain, but my temp cutoff if about 50*, and it was close to 40 this am. So, since I was up anyway, I did my boot camp video and my 30 day shred video. <BR> <BR> Today was a pretty easy day at work, I even had time to fit in 30 minutes of yoga. I ended up working only in the afternoon, so I was able to get a little extra sleep, do my toning video, an extra cardio vid and got in a short run! I also ate pretty well today-even avoided all the junk and beer at an impromptu hockey game (boyfriend's dad got free tix for the family). Still working on beating this cold. I went to Bethlehem (about 2 hours away) with 2 girl friends and was lucky enough to have another friend open up her home to us nearer the race.
