I hadn't had a problem before but it's so painful now that I find walking difficult and painful. It was very interesting and he gave me a lot of information, too much actually I forget a lot of it. I got weighed yesterday for the start of my weight loss challenge. Except their scale didn't actually go high enough. It went up to 350 and Im 360.
