For example, I had 8 of my back teeth pulled and am now trying to use partial dentures. Painful! I've been eating soft food for a while now, and want some of my favorite food. The first try, I took the dentures out before I even finished half the soft meal I was trying. This time I just put the bottom in, and again had to remove it at about the same point. ... Have 4 tiny neon tetras in it, & a 1/2 spherical globe with a gorgeous Beta. The aquarium is too small for all 5. Depression magically disappeared, but now I have a weird "hunger" that isn't the usual hunger pang. It's more like feeling a hole in my center. I desperately want to eat -- anything. Want to keep the weight loss so badly, that I imagine my "need?" and my will power fighting it out inside me. Needless to say, my body is uneasy. <BR> <BR> Is this a form of emotional eating? After I dish up my diet amount of food for a meal, my dog Francy is right there for "tastes" of most everything. That painlessly lowers the calories I eat. For certain snacks she can reduce the amount I consume by almost half. I'm careful to keep her from getting fat, so increasingly snack on veggies without sauce, cottage cheese, fruit, & popcorn, which I figure is OK for both of us. <BR> This is my first experience with blogging, and so far it'...
