I sort of lost track of keeping on my weight loss track and need to get back on track so I continue to get healthy. After my health scare in January through April, I am now very focused on getting into great health so that I won't have future problems that will impede a life of healthy and happy retirement when I reach it. Wed, 2 Oct 2013 18:33:35 EST So glad to see Murray win http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5413305 Last year while we were in England, I was heartbroken to see Murray lose his attempt to finally win the Wimbledon for Britain. Well, today for the first time in 77 years a British citizen has won the Wimbledon. So happy for him and the British. 244 380 Sun, 7 Jul 2013 14:11:17 EST New changes http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5317557 Since the end of January, my life has been in turmoil. My annual physical's bloodwork turned up some bad liver enzyme numbers. So ever since, I've been doing blood test on my liver number to see if they returned to normal. Well, finally at the end of March my doctor sent me to a specialist who has me on a restrictive diet with LOTS of protein and no wheat or potato in my diet. I really hope that this helps my liver and the specialist has informed me that my Triglycerides and Cholesterol... Tue, 9 Apr 2013 20:04:30 EST Difference of a year http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5316459 A year ago our family was getting prepared to move to England temporarily for my husband's job. So much happened in this past year. We moved to England and lived there for 9 months and immersed ourselves into their culture. In so many ways it is similar and yet different. We toured through England, Scotland, Wales, and some of Europe. I'm glad we had this experience, but we really appreciated coming home to our way of doing things and our types of foods.

Upon our return we ... Pastor Matt lost his battle with cancer and he went to live with Jesus. Pastor Matt started as our Youth Pastor and then filled the need of Administrative Pastor later on in his time with us. He was only in his 30's and left a beautiful wife and three small children. I'd ask for prayers for his wife and three children as they go through this year of firsts.
