The instructor (and come class members) asked where I had been and I had to explain the surgery story. I actually felt like I did when I first started RIPPED. It was a little hard to be standing, then laying down on the floor for ab work and then jumping up for cardio. But the instructor helped me modify some of the exercises. At the end of class she announced that next week is her last week. Bummer! I hope this doesn't mean that they're going to cancel the clas...
