It was so hard to even make it back home at the end of my walk/run. I have very bad arthritis in my knees and had knee surgery in Oct of 2011. I decided to stay home from work on Monday. I only blog 5 days a week. Weekends I do not blog, exercise or work out. On weekends I do my chores, shopping, go to church and visit church members who can no longer get out. I was up at 3:30am, did laundry, email, packed lunch, had breakfast and at 6 am started my workout before work. I did my walking tape. I did 2 miles, but felt tired doing the tape. I don't know why I felt tired after that great nite's sleep. I have been doing my workout before breakfast. This morning I had oatmeal, a banana and a cup of coffee before workout. I joined the “Do 5k in 5 weeks Challenge” on SparkPeople.com. I figured if I did this workout then I’d have the last 3 weeks to work on getting my run faster before the actual race.
