My goal for this week didn't come through to much stress and no time to be at the computer. I've not lost the motivation just the willingness to put in the time to sit at the computer. SInce my son got sick things turned in to a spiral down hill. it has taken 5 months for him to get back to health and now it's a mater of dealing with the unfinished emotions and unanswered questions with doctors, hospitals and insurance companies. Luckily I think the insurance is the only one who did there job right however I feel like we are paying a rather high price for some poor dicisions on the part of the doctors and hospital. Wed, 8 Jul 2009 14:09:34 EST Mid day feeding frenzie I seem to be doing better with the midday feeding frenzie. however I have found that this week has gotten tough to get the work outs in. All the schedules and running the house is pretty tough right now. I need to find time for me with out feeling guilty. Tue, 20 Jan 2009 11:11:38 EST weight loss frustration I am finding that I have real difficulty during the hours of 2- 5 what I call the witching hour. I get in this no brain eating frenzied and find myself going for foods that have no food value and loads of caloric and fat content. Not that they are satisfying and I think that's why the grazing continues as I start supper. By the time I have a nutritional meal ready I have consumed so many calories and am no longer hungry for anything. I know it's a mental thing I have to get past. Seems it's m...
