Today I'm feeling a little better than I was the last few weeks. Lately I haven't been feeling well and have been lightheaded and not able to really focus on things including not sleeping through the night at all. This has caused me to take some time off of training. My doctors say its all caused by stress, but I think its just easy to say that's what it is.
