I signed up for a 5k training program last year and i did 4 -5ks last year. The 7 week training program is starting up again on sun and i signed up to do the 10 k. Tuesday could be strength, weds circuit , thursday could be lower body with lost of bench work...step ups, lunges, squats, every friday is stability ball day. tomorrow there is no class so i am planning on going on the treadmill at home. weds is weigh day and i m looking forward to see how I'm doing. i did go up to a high of 175 and in the last couple weeks when i start... OH MY! but even though see didnt train yet , who am i to stop her or discourage her. so i just told her to walk and run , take your time and dont worry about how many is on front or on back of you,as long as you try your best . i am SO PROUD of her . she says i am jealous that she is go...
