I did count calories yesterday and I worked out to the xfactor week 1. Today will be treadmill for 1/2 hr. I'm feeling really good about this. I know I shouldn't get all excited about the first pound since it could just be my weight fluctuating but it sure is motivating. Also, it's been easy for me to eat "healthy" in the morning but as soon as the afternoon rolls around, I feel cravings for chocolate... I am starting the x-factor workout which is a "new" weekly workout, with cardio every other day. Rest day is Sunday. I started last week actually, however my muscles were so sore (in places I didn't even knew existed), I could not continue yesterday. I am better today, starting workout OVER.
