Yesterday was just shy of 200 calories. <BR> <BR> I also made home some homemade comfort meatballs from the Pioneer Woman with Pasta for dinner before work. I burned 100 calories yesterday and today I burned a little over 300 calories. I feel great and I had a ton of fun doing it. Since I am working 52 hours this week, I am primarily going to be focusing on exercising so i can at least get some energy. I think that if I tried working on my healthy eating and the exercise, I would just get too frustrated and tired and not do either. Goal today is to drink more water at work. I knew I needed to exercise but I just didn't really want to. So since I couldn't find my zumba cd I found my cardio workout cd and used this instead and I ended doing different zumba moves for almost 20 minutes, which was pretty good for not wanting to exercise.
