Tue, 30 Jul 2013 17:51:43 EST Monday - got through it without too much damage I was busy all weekend trying to vacuum up the corgi undercoat that has been shed all over the house the past few weeks. I did the usual - laundry and grocery shopping - plus cooked dinners - and that was pretty much it. This feels like just another assignment I need to do - and that causes stress for me. I went back to bed, got up an hours later (went pee) and it showed I had lost .5 pounds. I did my stretching after I got back home. I felt good the whole time.
