On my cutting board I cut up one corn tortilla, three green onions, 5 slices of zucchini, and added a handful of spinach. While this cooked in 1 Tbsp of olive oil, I scrambled up one egg (bought from a neighbor who has chickens) to which I added 1 Tbsp of cheddar cheese. I want to do this every single day and do my best to stay within 1200-1550 range. If I do this, I should lose weight. I don't want to weigh, I just want to do this and assume I am losing weight.
