Bought two loaves of gluten free bread and had a slice of toast with my salad. My daughter reminded me that buying gluten free is not a good option. Yesterday, I served a salad to hubby and grandson which they loved. But now I realize that my homemade salad dressing was not a wise choice. It was orange marmalade with a litle orange juice. It is true, for me, that bread and all other wheat products have been the number one health destroyer.
